High winds cancel, delay hundreds of flights at O’Hare

High winds have led to the cancellation of more than 230 flights at O’Hare Wednesday, and many other flights are delayed more than an hour.

More than 230 flights Wednesday have been canceled at O’Hare and delays are 60 minutes or more for both inbound and outbound flights, according to the city’s Department of Aviation.

Midway is reporting normal operations as of 10:45 a.m., according to the Department of Aviation.
