Man shot twice in South Austin

A 35-year-old man was shot in the foot and arm late Thursday in the South Austin neighborhood on the West Side.The shooting happened about 10:35 p.m. in the 4800 block of West Monroe, according to Chicago Police.A friend drove him to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.The man wasn’t cooperating with investigators, who think the shooting was gang-related.
