Man, 47, shot in Scottsdale

A 47-year-old man was wounded in a Scottsdale neighborhood shooting early Thursday on the Southwest Side.

He got into an argument with someone about 2:30 a.m. in the 8600 block of South Kenneth and was walking away when the other person shot him in the leg, according to Chicago Police.

He took himself to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
