Man charged with hitting man over head with bottle near Minooka

A southwest suburban man has been charged with hitting another man over the head with a bottle during a party last summer near Minooka.

On July 27, Kendall County sheriff’s police were called to a fight in the 15000 block of O’Brien Road in unincorporated Minooka, according to a statement from the Kendall County sheriff’s office.

The victim reported being struck in the head with a bottle at the party.

On Oct. 27, Colton Martin, 22, of Channahon, was charged withe three felony counts of aggravated battery, according to police.

He was released on $10,000 bond.
