SHARE 7-year-old struck by CTA bus in Bronzeville

A 7-year-old child was hit by a CTA bus in the South Side Bronzeville neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.

The child — whose gender was not known Wednesday evening — was hit by the bus about 4 p.m. in the 300 block of East 44th Street, police said.

The child was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in good condition, police said.
