A man was shot in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side Tuesday afternoon.
About 2:40 p.m., someone broke the window of the 23-year-old’s home and he saw a beige car drive away down his block, police said.
The man gatheredsome friends, and they found the car in the 4400 block of South Talman, police said. When the 23-year-oldwalked up to the vehicle, someone inside shot him in the leg.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital,where his condition stabilized, police said.
