A pregnant teen who went missing from her foster home in the Back of the Yards neighborhood in mid-April has been found.

Karen Thompson, 17, was six months pregnant when she went missing April 16 from the 5400 block of South Union, according to a statement from Chicago Police.

She has been located as of Monday evening, according to police, who released no further details.
