Tension between Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau and general manager Gar Forman keeps building.

One report stated Forman was fed up with Thibodeau, and this would be their last season together in the Bulls organization.

This wasn’t the case after the Bulls won Game 3 over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Thibodeau and Forman fist-pumping each other sounds like something Bulls fans would never hear, but it’s true. Sometimes winning brings the best out of people.
