Two people were wounded — one critically — in a Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood shooting early Saturday.

About 3:10 a.m., a man and woman were standing on the sidewalk in the 7300 block of South Maryland when a male in a passing black car shot them, police said.

The woman, 18, was shot in the neck, shoulder, ankle and hand, police said. She was listed in critical condition at Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center.

The man, 25, was shot in the thigh and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
