Man robbed, shot in West Garfield Park

Someone robbed and shot a 26-year-old man late Sunday in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

About 11:50 p.m., the man was sitting in a vehicle parked in the 4200 block of West Washington when someone walked up, shot him in the arm and took his wallet, according to Chicago Police.

He drove himself to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, where he is listed in good condition, police said.
