The ramp connecting westbound Lower and Upper Wacker drives will be for two weeks as crews work to complete a rehabilitation project, according to the Chicago Department of Transportation.

In a statement issued Wednesday evening, CDOT said a detour will direct traffic southbound via Columbus Drive to westbound East South Water, which feeds into East Wacker Place, onto North Wabash and finally onto Upper Wacker.

CDOT advised motorists to take alternative routes.
