Wrigley Field has been taken over by University of Texas fans on Friday as the Cubs played the Arizona Diamondbacks.
A bunch of peeps wearing burnt orange were chanting the same thing. I guess they're rehearsing for South Bend? #Cubs— Brian Sandalow (@BrianSandalow) September 4, 2015
The Longhorns fans are in town because Texas plays Notre Dame in South Bend on Saturday, and the they’re practicing their football chants at Wrigley Field.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I heard a Texas Longhorns cheer coming from the bleachers. #Cubs— Brian Sandalow (@BrianSandalow) September 4, 2015
The Texas fans started chanting “Texas! Fight!” and “Hook’ em Horns!” during the game.
Longhorn fans even starting singing their fight song “The Eyes of Texas” in the left field bleachers.

Those Texas fans travel really well because there was more Longhorns chants than Cubs chants during the game.
You woulda thought the Cubs were playing Texas with as many Longhorns fans as there is at Wrigley Field.— Ryan Autullo (@AutulloAAS) September 4, 2015
