A man was shot late Friday while driving in the South Side Marquette Park neighborhood.

The 34-year-old was driving at 11:59 p.m. in the 6500 block of South Talman when he heard shots and realized he’d been hit in the hip, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
