A man who was fatally shot Sunday afternoon in the Southwest Side Lawndale neighborhood has been identified. 

Lazerrick Ratliff, 28, was shot in the back at 4:02 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Homan, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Ratliff, of the 5000 block of West West End, was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital at 4:42 p.m., according to the medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy found he died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide.
