One person was injured in a crash that shut down the right lane of the eastbound Jane Addams Memorial Tollway Tuesday for about 40 minutes Tuesday morning in northwest suburban Hoffman Estates.

The crash was reported about 6 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-90 at Illinois Route 59, according to Illinois State Police. One person was injured in the crash, although details about the person’s condition and hospital information were not immediately available.

The right lane remained was temporarily closed after the crash, but it was reopened at 6:42 a.m., state police said.
