A woman shot while driving in the East Garfield Park neighborhood Sunday evening on the West Side.

The 27-year-old showed up at the University of Illinois Hospital at 5:26 p.m. with a gunshot wound to the right arm, according to Chicago Police.

She told detectives she had been driving in the 200 block of North Homan when someone in a silver van opened fire, police said.

She is listed in good condition.
