Man shot in South Shore

A man was shot in the South Shore neighborhood Monday night.

The 24-year-old was shot in the arm and leg about 9:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of East 73rd Place, police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
