Man shot in East Side

A 28-year-old man was shot Wednesday afternoon in the East Side neighborhood on the Far South Side.

He was shot in the leg about 4 p.m. near in the 10400 block of South Avenue G, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
