A 48-year-old man was shot Monday afternoon in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.
The man was walking in the 3400 block of West Flournoy a few minutes before 2 p.m. when someone fired shots, according to Chicago Police.
He was shot in the right leg and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
Earlier in the day, another man was shot less than a block away.
