Police locate man reported missing from Logan Square

A man suffering from Alzheimer’s who was reported missing from Logan Square for the third time in three months has been located.

Hector Perez, 61, was last seen July 11 near the intersection of Fullerton and Ridgeway, according to an alert from Chicago Police. Perez was previously reported missing May 5 and June 26.

Perez has since been located, police announced Thursday afternoon. No additional information was provided.
