Two men were shot and a 10-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet Thursday afternoon in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The group was sitting on a front porch at 12:40 p.m. in the 4100 block of West Potomac when someone walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

A 30-year-old man was shot in the left leg and again in the right arm, though the bullet traveled to his chest, police said. He was taken in serious condition to Mount Sinai Hospital.

A 25-year-old man was shot in both ankles, and was taken to Stroger Hospital in fair condition.

The 10-year-old girl suffered a graze wound to the left arm, and was taken to Norwegian American Hospital in fair condition, police said.

A police source said both men are documented gang members.
