No bail for man charged in Jefferson Park barricade incident

Bail has been denied for a northwest suburban man charged with barricading himself and two others in a Jefferson Park store for more than three hours Saturday on the Northwest Side.

Antonio Camacho, 39, of Carpentersville, faces two counts of aggravated unlawful restraint and one of armed robbery with a dangerous weapon after the police said he barricaded himself in a store in the 4800 block of North Milwaukee Avenue with two other people.

After about three and a half, SWAT officers entered the building and arrested himwithout incident, th epolice said. The two people being held inside weren’t injured.
