Two 14-year-old boys were shot and wounded on the front porch of a Southwest Side home Saturday by someone who walked up to them, yelled a gang slogan and started shooting, according to the police.

It happened just before 4:30 p.m. Saturday on the front porch of a home Saturday afternoon in the 5500 block of South Sawyer Avenue in Gage Park on the Southwest Side.

One boy was shot in his left leg and the other in his right arm and a leg. Both were being treated at Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
