Chicago Police are cautioning South Side residents after a pair of strong-arm robberies last week in the Hyde Park neighborhood.

They were carried out by groups of two to four boys and men about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 5400 block of South University and about 8:40 a.m. Friday in the 5400 block of South Woodlawn, according to a community alert.

Police don’t have a detailed description of possible suspects. Anyone with information should call Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8382.
