Man shot, critically wounded in Logan Square

A man was left in critical condition after he was shot in the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side early Friday.

The 19-year-old was in the 3300 block of West Schubert about 2:30 a.m. when two males walked up to him and one shot him in the back, police said.

He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical condition, police said.
