An arrest warrant was issued for a man wanted in connection with a fatal August shooting in west suburban Cicero.

Julio Servin, 22, was shot to death in the 5500 block of West Cermak about 3:20 a.m. Aug. 21, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Wednesday, the Cicero Police Department announced an arrest warrant was issued for Victor Martinez, 19.

Police said they believe Martinez to be the shooter and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call detectives at (708) 652-2130.
