Man hurt in Austin shooting

A man was wounded in a shooting Wednesday night in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

The 21-year-old was shot in the leg about 8:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Massasoit, according to Chicago Police.

He took himself to Rush Oak Park Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
