One wounded in Austin shooting

A man was shot in the Austin neighborhood early Saturday.

The 22-year-old was walking in the 5500 block of West Lake about 2 a.m. when he heard gunfire and felt pain, police said.

He was taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood with a gunshot wound to his leg, police said. He was listed in good condition.
