Man shot in Back of the Yards

A man was shot early Sunday in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

The 18-year-old was in a vehicle at 3:39 a.m. in the 4800 block of South Laflin when two males fired shots from the sidewalk, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the right shoulder and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
