A man was shot Saturday night in the Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 36-year-old was standing on the sidewalk about 10 p.m. in the 3800 block of West 13th Street when he heard gunfire and realized he’d been shot in the right heel, according to Chicago Police.

He later showed up at Mount Sini Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
