A man was shot in the West Englewood neighborhood Monday afternoon.

The 19-year-old was in an alley in the 5900 block of South Paulina about 3:30 p.m. when someone walked up and shot him in the foot, police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
