A man was shot to death Sunday evening in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

Officers responding at 6:07 p.m. to a call of a person shot in the 5200 block of South Sangamon found the 19-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body, according to Chicago Police.

Korry Rogers was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:24 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He lived in the 5600 block of South Throop.

An autopsy found Rogers died of multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.

The woman, 18, was driving a car with three passengers at a restaurant when a man on a bike approached and began arguing with them before shooting, police said.
A 34-year-old man was found on the sidewalk in the 200 block of East 111th Street at about 10 p.m., police said. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died.
