Girl missing from Noble Square found safe

A 16-year-old girl reported missing Thursday from the Noble Square neighborhood has been found safe.

Ana Cortes, also known as Ana Mendez, was reported missing from the 1500 block of West Fry Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Late Friday afternoon, police said the girl had been found safe and reunited with her family.
