1-year-old girl abducted by mother located

A 1-year-old girl who was abducted by her biological mother has been found, according to Chicago Police.

The girl, K’Lynn Rosario, was taken by her 18-year-old mother, who did not have guardianship of the girl and was not given permission to take her, police said in a missing person alert March 26.

The mother was regularly in contact with the her family during the time they were missing, police said.

On Tuesday, police reported the girl was located, but did not provide additional information.

An investigation into the incident was ongoing by Area North detectives, police said.
