Girl missing from Southwest Side since last month located

A teenage girl who was reported missing nearly a month ago from the Southwest Side has been found.

Abigail Hernandez, 16, was last seen April 15 in the 2600 block of South Kostner, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She has since been “safely located,” police said Friday morning. Further details were not provided.
