A man was shot in the leg early Wednesday in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 30-year-old man was in a tow truck when an someone in another vehicle began firing shots at 12:49 a.m. in the 5000 block of South Talman Avenue, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital where his condition stabilized, police said.
