Man, 31, wounded in Albany Park shooting

A man was shot Sunday night in the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

About 9:30 p.m., the 31-year-old was walking through an alley in the 3400 block of West Irving Park Road when two people walked up to him and fired shots, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center with graze wounds to his chest and arm, police said. His condition had stabilized.

Area North detectives were investigating the shooting.
