Two men were critically wounded Thursday afternoon in a South Side Bronzeville neighborhood shooting.

The men, ages 28 and 22, were shot about 2:25 p.m. in the 4700 block of South Vincennes, according to Chicago police.

The older man was struck in the abdomen, and the younger men was shot in the head, police said. Both were taken by someone to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where they were in critical condition.
