Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash resulting in injuries, state police said.

Traffic is moving after lanes were closed on Interstate 55 Thursday following a crash on the Southwest Side.

Multiple vehicles were involved in a crash resulting in injuries about 8 p.m. on I-55 near South Pulaski Road, Illinois State Police said.

All inbound lanes were closed for an investigation, but opened again about 9:40 p.m., state police said.
