A 41-year-old man has been reported missing from West Rogers Park on the North Side.

James Heafey was last seen May 21 in the 4900 block of North Albany Avenue, Chicago police said in a missing person alert.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area Five detectives at 312-746-6554.
