A 70-year-old man reported missing from Englewood on the South Side has been found safe.

William Burns was last seen Dec. 17 in the 5500 block of South Throop Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Police on Friday said he was located safe.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
