Woman dies in I-94 crash at Touhy over weekend

Justina Drag was northbound on I-94 when she lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a concrete barrier at Touhy Avenue, according to Illinois State Police.

All lanes of northbound I-90 were shot down June 3, 2022 for a shooting investigation near West Addison Street.

A 37-year-old woman died in a crash Saturday on Interstate 94 in north suburban Skokie.

Justina Drag was northbound on I-94 when she lost control of her vehicle about 8:30 p.m. and crashed into a concrete barrier at Touhy Avenue, according to Illinois State Police.

She died at 12:45 a.m. Sunday at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

An autopsy found she died of a chest injury from the crash, medical examiner’s office said. Her death was ruled an accident.
