Coroner seeks family of deceased 73-year-old Hammond man

The man has been “tentatively identified” as Lawrence Canady, 73, the coroner’s office said. He lived in the 700 block of State Street.

The Lake County, Indiana, coroner’s office is asking for the public’s help in finding family members of a recently deceased Hammond man.

The man has been “tentatively identified” as Lawrence Canady, 73, the coroner’s office said. He lived in the 700 block of State Street.

Anyone with information is asked to call the coroner’s office at 219-755-3265.
