A CTA bus driver crashed into a construction crane, causing it to crash into a light pole, Tuesday morning near Union Station.

About 1:40 a.m., the northbound driver hit the crane in the 200 block of South Canal Street, Chicago police said in a statement. The crane then struck a light pole.

Two passengers and the driver refused treatment at the scene, police said.
