An 84-year-old man was last seen in Goshen, Indiana, Goshen Police said.

Howard Schrock was last seen on Thursday at 3:00 p.m., police said. Schrock is a five-foot-ten white male who is about 155 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen driving a red 2015 Chevrolet Cruze with Indiana license AUM571.

Schrock is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, Goshen Police said.
