65-year-old man with Alzheimer’s missing from Northwest Side

A 65-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease has been reported missing from Belmont Central on the Northwest Side.

Waldemar Wadas was last seen Wednesday in the 3200 block of North Major Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a light yellow t-shirt and a gray and navy jacket, police said.

Wadas is six feet tall and 180 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair, police said.
