It’s no secret that Patrick Kane is among the most skilled players in the NHL, and he’ll get a chance to show off those talents Saturday at the Skill Competition as part of All-Star weekend in Nashville.

The Blackhawks winger will compete in the accuracy shooting, relay and shootout events.

As captain of the Central Division team, which will compete for a $1 million prize during the 3-on-3 tournament Sunday, Kane was able to pick the events in which he wanted to compete.

Kane won last year’s accuracy shooting contest in Columbus as he hit four targets in a time of 13.529 seconds.

He also won the breakaway challenge in 2012 as he donned a Superman cape and Clark Kent glasses.

Kane will be Chicago’s only representative this weekend after Jonathan Toews backed out due to illness.
