Burger King is ready to play chicken with McDonald’s again.

Burger King has cut the price of its chicken nuggets in half, selling a box of 10 for $1.49. Burger King, which recently completed its combo deal with Canada’s Tim Hortons, held a similar chicken nugget sale last October.

Oak Brook-based McDonald’s Corp. has a promotional 50-piece box of Chicken McNuggets priced at $9.99. Franchise operators can decided when, or if, to offer the special, a spokeswoman told Bloomberg.
