United Airlines says it is upping its game when it comes to coffee.

The Chicago-based airline announced Thursday it has picked illycaffe as its new coffee partner. The Italian company’s coffee will be served on flights and in United Club locations beginning next month. Illy’s espresso will also be available in United Clubs.

United said the decision included in-flight taste tests and surveys of passengers and employees.

“Our collaboration with illy is helping to make the world feel a bit smaller and making flying that much more special, simply by way of a perfect cup of coffee,” Jimmy Samartzis, United’s vice president of food services and United Clubs, said in a news release.
