Burglars take ATM from Calumet Heights restaurant: police

Two males used a van to pull open the door of the restaurant in the 1900 block of East 95th Street.

Eight burglaries were reported in late June 2020 on the Northwest Side. — Someone stole an ATM from a restaurant in the 1900 block of East 95th Street, July 12, 2019, in Calumet Heights.

Two people burglarized a restaurant Friday in Calumet Heights on the South Side.

The two males pulled up to the front door of the restaurant about 2:20 a.m. in the 1900 block of East 95th Street, Chicago police said. They tied a rope onto the door and used a van to force it open.

The males took the ATM inside the restaurant, police said. No one was injured.

No arrests have been made as Area South detectives investigate.
